Former BBC Studios Commercial Director Ian Moffitt joins IMG

Long time agent and exec will become member of team responsible for production on Premier League and other huge leagues

Seasoned agent and commercial executive, Ian Moffitt, has recently joined IMG's studios business in London. This move comes after Moffitt's departure from BBC Studios, where he served as the Commercial Director.

Moffitt, who has previously held senior positions at ICM Partners and Yahoo, left BBC Studios a few months ago. At ICM Partners, he was a senior agent, and at Yahoo, he was the Head of Original Programming. His departure from the BBC marked the end of his tenure as Commercial Director.

In his new role at IMG, Moffitt will serve as the Senior VP of Business Development. This is a newly created position at Endeavor-owned IMG. He will be working closely with VP and Business Development Director, Jo Ormston. Moffitt will report to Barney Francis, the Executive VP of Studios. His office will be based at IMG's Stockley Park, London.

IMG a major player in the world of elite football coverage production
