Aastha has been a sports obsessive since she was 10 years old. As well as having a keen interest in following sports on TV, she also puts her passion into practice. In the realm of Taekwondo, she has achieved a black belt 2nd dan, represented her country on numerous occasions and even reached a world ranking of 122. Her knowledge and love for combat sports makes shines through in her writing and we are extremely glad to have her on our roster.
