What are BTTS Predictions?

BTTS is common jargon in the soccer betting world and it means "both teams to score". To win in this market a punter must correctly predict if both teams will score in any given game or not. If you select "BTTS" for a particular fixture and it ends 1-1, 2-1, 2-2 and so on, you will have won that bet. On the other hand, if only one team scores or neither team scores, you will have predicted incorrectly. If two typically high scoring teams are against each other, our data model will likely suggest you back "yes", while if two defensively minded coaches are about to battle it out, the numbers are probably going to back "no".

How Can Sporticos Help You Predict BTTS?

Using a wealth of stats and mathematical data, our BTTS predictions page is able to predict whether both teams are likely to score or not for hundreds of football matches each day. Next to each match in the fixture list you'll see a column marked "BTTS" with some very convenient, colour-coded tabs below it. If the tab reads "yes" in green that means both teams will probably score. If the tab reads "no" in red then the likelihood is only one team will score or a goalless draw will play out. We also pop a handy little percentage underneath to show you how certain that particular pick is. Through a combination of solid maths and easily digestible graphics, we give football fans everything they need to bet on the BTTS market.

What Makes BTTS So Popular?

One of the reasons both teams to score is such a popular soccer betting market is because it's one of the most likely to stay alive throughout a 90 minute game. If you back both teams to score in a particular event and it's 1-0 going into the second half, you are on the edge of your seat waiting for the other team to score right to the final whistle, whereas in other markets your bet could have long been dead by that point. Of course if you predict "No" for BTTS and it's 1-1 after 10 minutes, you can be left equally disappointed. That's why it's important to check the predictions and percentages on our BTTS page before making your choices.

Building BTTS Accumulators

Thousands of football fans search for terms like "BTTS accas" every day looking for value in the market and there are many tipsters out there who claim to offer the secret to success for this way of betting. The truth is that one of the most reliable ways to back a successful accumulator is by using our BTTS predictions page. If you see several matches with really high percentage markers for "yes" or "no" for both teams to score, you might want to consider making a note of those predictions and combining them into an accumulator of your own.
