Paramount+ will exclusively broadcast the tournament live from the quarter-finals

Paramount+ Australia, a regional subsidiary of the renowned US media conglomerate, has successfully secured exclusive domestic broadcast rights to Coppa Italia matches. This move marks a significant milestone in expanding its sports content portfolio and offering an enriched viewing experience for Australian soccer fans.

Starting February, Paramount+ will exclusively broadcast the tournament live from the quarter-finals through to the final on May 14. This means that Australian viewers can enjoy uninterrupted coverage of some of the most exciting matches in Italian football right from their homes.

The quarter-final stage is set to kick off on February 5 with Atalanta vs Bologna. The following day will see AC Milan take on AS Roma. The action continues later in February when Juventus play Empoli and Inter compete against Lazio on February 26.

Expanding sports content portfolio

This latest acquisition further strengthens Paramount+'s position as a leading sports broadcaster in Australia. In addition to Coppa Italia, Paramount+ also broadcasts all Australian men’s and women's national soccer matches along with matches from A-Leagues - country’s national soccer leagues for both men and women.

With this new development, sports fans across Australia can look forward to enjoying high-quality live broadcasts of one of the most prestigious soccer tournaments in the world. Paramount+'s commitment to expanding its sports content portfolio is a testament to its dedication towards providing an engaging and comprehensive viewing experience for all sports enthusiasts, particularly those with a keen interest in soccer.
