The deal offers multi-league access for DAZN subscribers until 2026

Streaming service DAZN has renewed its deal with Eurosport, WBD's pan-European sports broadcaster, for the next three years.

Originally set to begin in 2019, the deal has now been extended until 2026, enabling access to many events with one access. As of 2020, Switzerland was added to the deal, which initially covered only Germany, Austria, Spain, and Italy.

Five of DAZN's European markets will continue to offer this deal on their platform. Subscribers in these markets will be able to watch live and on-demand content on Eurosport 1 HD and Eurosport 2 HD linear TV channels, which offer tennis, cycling, and motorsports events via DAZN subscription.

Subscription prices start at as low as €6.99 per month.

In addition to the Olympics, the subscription would include tennis' Australian Open and French Open grand slams, FIS World Cup skiing, cycling's Tour de France, La Vuelta, and Giro d'Italia, and motor racing's Formula E and Le Mans 24 hours.

It doesn't end here. Furthermore, subscribers of DAZN In Spain will be able to watch matches from the Spanish Liga every week, as well as English Premier League games, Liga F games, UEFA Women's Champions League matches, MotoGP races, and boxing matches.

With the deal in place Alice Mascia, CEO of DAZN in the DACH region had said:

“DAZN is the ultimate home for sports fans and we are thrilled to extend our partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery as it reinforces our commitment to providing fans with the most comprehensive, high-quality sports entertainment offering available. All DAZN subscribers can look forward to exciting sporting moments with some of the most well-known and popular sporting events and content via Eurosport on DAZN.”

Bosco Aranguren, general manager of DAZN Spain added:

“ DAZN wants to establish itself as the destination for sports fans in Spain and globally, and the extension of the agreement with Warner Bros. Discovery reinforces this commitment. Our extensive network of partners allows us to offer the main sports competitions, together with an integrated entertainment offer that responds to what fans are looking for”.

Tom Sheppard, Partnership Development Director, Warner Bros. Discovery Sports Europe added,

“As Europe’s leading sports destinations, we believe that Eurosport is a highly attractive offering that complements our partners’ content. DAZN has been a valued partner in the DACH region for the past three years and our agreement is another example of how we give sports fans the opportunity to follow the sport they love in different ways and in the way they like best.”
