Sky Sports has just made a major announcement for NFL fans in the UK. The network will be showing a total of 17 live games across the first three weeks of the season, with over 110 live games to be broadcast throughout the entire season.
Fans can look forward to two exclusive games every Sunday at 6 p.m. and 9:25 p.m. UK time. In addition, Sky Sports will also air all Thursday, Sunday and Monday Night US prime-time games.
This comprehensive coverage doesn't stop there. Sky Sports has secured rights to show Thanksgiving and Christmas period games as well. They have even managed to secure live rights for three European games taking place in London and Frankfurt.
But it's not just about regular season action; Sky Sports is committed to bringing every bit of excitement from the playoffs as well as Super Bowl coverage.
Fans can catch all these thrilling moments on both traditional Sky Sports channels and on their brand-new channel dedicated solely to NFL content - Sky Sports NFL - which launches on September 5.
In addition to broadcasting the live action itself, Sky is also producing supplementary content that fans won't want to miss out on. Their lineup includes popular shows such as Good Morning Football, Pro Football Talk, Total Access, America's Game and Fantasy Live, all available exclusively on their new channel - Sky Sports NFL Channel.
To make this year's coverage even more exciting for viewers at home, Sky has brought back some familiar faces who have become fan favourites over recent seasons.
Neil Reynolds, Jason Bell, Hannah Wilkes, Pheobe Schecter and Dante Hall are returning as part of an exceptional team, alongside Super Bowl champion and five-time Pro Bowler, Ndamukong Suh.
The 2023 NFL season gets underway this Friday, September 7, with the Kansas City Chiefs hosting the Detroit Lions in the curtain-raiser.
