Over 200 offseason Pro-Am and Drew League games to be made available to fans

The NBA is set to increase its coverage of Pro-Am basketball this summer with plans to stream over 200 games from various leagues across the country. The games will be available for live streaming on the NBA app and NBA.com, starting with coverage of the Drew League in Los Angeles on July 1.

Last year, the NBA began streaming Drew League games on their app, featuring about 50 games. This year's iteration will include at least 100 more games from not only the Drew League but also other notable Pro-Am leagues such as Miami Pro League, Atlanta Entertainment Basketball League (AEBL), NYvsNY, and Jamal Crawford’s CrawsOver league in Seattle.

Several NBA stars are expected to participate in these Pro-Am leagues throughout the summer. Free agent Kyrie Irving has already announced that he will make his debut in the Drew League this season. Last year's Drew League saw impressive performances from LeBron James and DeMar DeRozan.

Other star players who have participated in previous editions of these leagues include Donovan Mitchell, Darius Garland, Obi Toppin, Bam Adebayo, Jose Alvarado Jayson Tatum, Julius Randle, Chris Paul, Jordan Poole, Dejounte Murray, Isaiah Thomas, Aaron Gordon, Marjon Beauchamp, Chet Holmgren and Paolo Banchero.

In addition to showcasing top talent and exciting basketball action, the increased coverage of these Pro-Am leagues may also fuel speculation about a potential return of an NBA expansion team to Seattle. This speculation comes as Seattle is set to host pre-season games later this year.

Overall, the expanded streaming coverage provides a unique opportunity for fans all around the world to witness high-level basketball during the lengthy NBA offseason.

Whether it's observing established NBA stars like Kyrie Irving and Jayson Tatum, or discovering new talent in the Pro-Am leagues, basketball enthusiasts will have plenty to enjoy this summer.
