English rugby union's Premiership Rugby has secured an exclusive media rights agreement with Major League Rugby (MLR). This deal will see The Rugby Network (TRN), MLR's over-the-top (OTT) platform, provide live coverage of Premiership Rugby matches in the United States.
The agreement, which is set to run until 2025, replaces NBC Sports Group’s Peacock as the US broadcast partner for Premiership Rugby. NBC Sports Group had been airing matches from England’s top-flight competition since 2016.
American rugby fans to get access to all Premiership matches
The deal includes full-match coverage of all 93 games during the upcoming season. This means that US fans of English rugby will have unprecedented access to live matches, ensuring they don't miss a moment of the action.

“The US has a huge rugby following with more than 30 million fans of the sport so we are delighted to have agreed this landmark partnership with Major League Rugby.”
TRN is not only the exclusive streaming home of MLR but also airs international matches, collegiate rugby, and highlight shows. With this new deal, TRN becomes the new home for Premiership Rugby in the US, further expanding its portfolio of rugby content.
