In a significant development for sports fans, Channel 5 has secured the rights to broadcast Premier League team Crystal Palace’s play-off matches in the Europa Conference League. Crystal Palace, winners of the FA Cup and Community Shield, are entering this competition following their demotion from the Europa League due to multi-club ownership rules. Known as "The Eagles," they will be facing off against Norwegian club Fredrikstad FK in a two-legged play-off on August 21 and August 28.
