Club football will resume in April with a few key games left this season that could prove to be one of the most-watched games of all time. The league title race in La Liga and Serie A have almost been decided but the Bundesliga and Premier League remain wide open. The UEFA Champions League has also got a few exciting matches in the offering and so we could be gearing up for a blockbuster final few months of the 2022/23 season. Let us have a look at the potential (remaining) games that could end up being the most-watched games of this season in the UK.
1. Manchester City vs Arsenal
Arsenal are leading the Premier League title race and are currently eight points clear of second-placed Manchester City, having played an extra game. The Sky Blues will host the Gunners at the Etihad Stadium on April 27 and the result of the tie could potentially decide the outcome of the League title. A victory at Etihad for Arsenal could see them seal the title race in their favor but City will be difficult to beat at home, especially if they have the momentum of previous games on their side. A win for Pep Guardiola's men will see them put intense pressure on Arsenal or even regain the lead in the title race, depending on how the Gunners fare up until that point.
City are the reigning Premier League champions, having won it twice in the last three years. They are looking to make it a hat trick of title wins. Arsenal though, are chasing their first League title since the 2004/04 season and so this could be a monumental clash in the North London club’s history. It goes without saying that any slip-ups after the international break could prove to be costly but a slip-up in this tie for either team could severely jeopardize their title hopes.

2. Bayern Munich vs Borussia Dortmund
Bayern Munich will be hosting bitter rivals Borussia Dortmund in their first game after the international break in the much-awaited Der Klassiker. In a strange turn of events, the Bavarians while proving to be solid in Europe, have failed to dominate the Bundesliga like they usually do. This has given Dortmund a sniff at their first league title since 2012 and so the Schwarz Gelben are now currently leading Bayern by a point at the summit.
The outcome of this tie could well decide the Bundesliga title race. Dortmund win and they go up by four points but if Bayern win, they regain control of the title race and lead by two points. This match-up has all the makings to render it one of the most-watched games of this season, with midfield sensations Jude Bellingham and Jamal Musiala likely to catch all the eyeballs.

3. Bayern Munich vs Manchester City (UCL Quarterfinals second leg)
Pep Guardiola will return to the Allianz Arena for the first time since joining Manchester City. These two sides are currently two of the best footballing sides in Europe and this should well have been the UEFA Champions League final, but the draw has thrown lesser twists than this one. One of these two dominant footballing sides will be knocked out by the end of next month and for neutrals, this promises to be an absolute spectacle.
More than the first leg, the return leg will be critical as the UCL has shown us that no lead is unsurmountable and so Allianz Arena could play host to one of the games of the season. Not to forget, this match is one of the leading contenders to end up as the most-watched game of the season in Europe which would be rightly deserved.
Pep Guardiola during his time at Bayern made the Bavarians the dominant side that they are today and at City, he has done the same as well. Therefore, it would be a game of chess between Thomas Tuchel and Pep Guardiola and the one who comes out on top would be the deserving winner.
