Among the group's entities, the talkSPORT network stood out with a significant surge in its listener base during Q4 to 3.6 million - an increase of 7.4 percent from previous figures. This growth included an unprecedented record for the channel - a whopping 904k female listeners.
As it continues to solidify its position as the world’s largest sports radio station, talkSPORT extended its status as an official Premier League broadcaster during this period too. It covered more than 120 football matches including those at Champions League group stages. It kept sports fans updated on major developments such as Thomas Tuchel's appointment as England's new manager and Erik ten Hag's dismissal from Manchester United.
