IMG, a global leader in sports, events, media and fashion, is set to deliver DAZN’s UK and English language programming for the FIFA Club World Cup matches. The tournament will be hosted at IMG's Stockley Park base from 14 June to 13 July.
Stockley Park will serve as DAZN’s global production hub for the tournament. This strategic location will enable IMG to provide comprehensive coverage of the competition. In addition to hosting live matches, IMG will also deliver over 1,000 hours of DAZN’s programming and content from the competition.
The coverage won't just stop at live matches; it extends further into post-game analysis with a daily round-up show named "The Press". This show promises an in-depth look into the biggest moments from each day's play along with social media reactions and expert analysis. Pre- and post-game programming will be produced live from IMG’s virtual studio located within Stockley Park.
Additional responsibilities
Beyond game coverage, IMG has been tasked with several other responsibilities including hosting DAZN’s central edit and graphics processes. They'll also manage delivery of interviews, press conferences, feature stories and highlight packages not only to core markets but also publishing partners worldwide including sublicensees and football clubs.
In a separate development that further strengthens its position in sports broadcasting industry, IMG has acquired rights to air the competition on its Sport 24 broadcaster for airlines and cruise lines.
Pete Oliver, CEO of growth markets at DAZN, said:
“The fan is at the centre of everything DAZN does and with a tournament as global as the FIFA Club World Cup, and with our ambition to make it the largest, most accessible competition ever, we wanted to collaborate with partners who matched our values and ambitions. Working with IMG to produce our UK and ROW feed at a facility as cutting-edge as Stockley Park, will allow us to deliver the best product to fans around the world’.

DAZN has also announced a number of partnerships to promote its coverage of the Club World Cup. These include collaborations with social platforms like TikTok and X, content partnerships with "The Rest Is Football" podcast, and renowned football transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano.
